Piotr Woźniak
In the period from 2015 to 2023 he will serve as an independent member of the supervisory boards and audit committees of the following listed companies: Kredyt-Inkaso, Qumak, Krynicki Recykling, Libet, Polnord, Artifex Mundi and Lentex.
Chief Financial Officer of Forever Entertainment S.A. since 2019. He is responsible for the financial reporting of the company and its group companies and manages capital and financial projects. CEO of Zenit Management, an economic consulting company for financing structuring and investor relations.
Since 1994 he has been associated with the capital market in Poland. He has held senior positions in the controlling department of Bank Pekao SA and in a private equity fund making international investments. In addition, he has held positions as a member of the Board of Directors of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He is one of the founders and co-founders of the Association of Independent Supervisory Board Members and has been serving as a member of the Board of Directors since 2019.
He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Gdansk. He has also completed a number of courses and trainings related to his professional activities.
